Your Yamunotri Yatra begins with your arrival at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station. After meeting the tour representative, continue by road towards Sahastradhara Helipad. Complete the required reporting and boarding formalities before beginning the helicopter journey towards Kharsali. The current package itinerary specifically mentions the transfer from Dehradun to Sahastradhara Helipad and then onwards to Kharsali for the Yamunotri Dham visit. Once Kharsali is reached, follow the local arrangements to undertake the pilgrimage to Yamunotri. Kharsali is the authorized starting point for those who wish to undertake the pilgrimage to Yamunotri. Once the destination is reached, move on to visit the holy Yamunotri Temple and perform darshan as per the daily routine.
