REFUND POLICY
1. Once the customer pays for the complete package, only 50% of the amount will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 30 days prior.
2. Once the customer pays for the complete package, only 25% of the amount will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 30 between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival.
3. There will be no refund available for cancellation 1 to 15 days from the day of arrival.
4. Minimum Advance amount INR 2100 is not refundable for the package booked.
5. We prefer to refund the same method of payment, as it is done by the client.
6. We will process the Refund amount right after cancellation, according to the Process Above.
7. For the Flight Tickets Amount Refund we are not responsible as it, Depend Upon Airlines Ticketing Policies.
8. In regards to Helipad/ helicopter tickets Refund we are not responsible as it depends on the Tickets Managed Government Portal Policies.
Cancellation
Just in case if there are any cancellations from our side, we would be providing the reasons. But one thing we would like to make clear is that our brand deeply regrets the cancellation of the tour.
Customers should update the travel company in advice with reasonable reasons for cancellation. And lastly, all the clients are requested to report the operator about the cancellation in writing. one thing you must take note is, there will be certain cancellation charges, which would be applicable.
