The final itinerary and inclusions confirmed by the client will be binding upon the booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required information and applicable payment or advance amount have been received and confirmation has been provided by Ramachandran Travels India.

• Accommodation preferences

4. Pricing and Payments

5. Hotel and Accommodation

The hotels will be allotted depending on the category and details as per the itinerary that is confirmed.

Availability of hotel depends upon dates and destination of travel. In certain cases, a different hotel may be offered in case the hotel that was initially booked is not available.

The timing of check-in/check-out of hotel is decided by the hotel concerned.

Additional costs like room service, laundry, extra meals, damage cost, etc., which are incurred by the client in the hotel are the responsibility of the client.

6. Transportation

Travel arrangements shall be based on the package and itinerary confirmation.

The vehicle type, passenger carrying capacity, and mode of transport could vary according to the number of travelers, destination, weather and road conditions and availability in that location.

The customers are requested to abide by all relevant travel and safety guidelines on the way.

Travel may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, road and government restrictions and technical problems.

7. Sightseeing and Activities

Package tour activities and places for sightseeing will be listed in the itinerary.

If there are certain fees for permits or activities which have not been covered by the package price, then these should be paid for by the traveller.

There can be some attractions or activities that are not accessible due to weather conditions, government regulations, maintenance issues, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to the Itinerary

However, due to weather or any other circumstances, changes may sometimes become necessary in your travel plans. We shall do our best to inform our customers about changes in the case of any where reasonably feasible and offer appropriate solutions.

In case of a change requested by our customer, extra charges for the change will be made separately.

9. Customer-Requested Changes

Any request for changing the dates of your stay, hotels, transport, destinations, room types, or any other service after the booking confirmation is subject to availability and additional charges.

Some changes can also be subject to the cancellation policy of the hotels, transport service providers, airlines, or any other service provider.

In case you want to change anything in your booking, please inform us at the earliest.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Conditions of cancellations and refunds can differ depending on the package chosen and the policies of each service provider included in the booking process.

Cancellations charges will be communicated in case they exist for your booking.

In case there is a need to issue a refund, it will be done after deductions of cancellation charges if any or non-refundable services.
