Important Notes

2. The Char Dham journey includes mountain routes, weather changes, and walking conditions at some pilgrim destinations.
3. Tourists need to keep the Uttarakhand part of the package open owing to the impact of the road condition on travel time.
4. Comfortable footwear, warm clothing, and rainwear are advised for the pilgrimage part of the journey.
5. Medicines, identity proofs, and other necessary details should be kept handy.
6. Temple entry, darshan timings, and movement at the destination continue to be governed by prevailing regulations.
7. Activities at Jim Corbett need to be done in accordance with the operational policies of the park as well as the booked itinerary.
8. It must be borne in mind that wildlife spotting is not always possible in a nature or safari tour.

  • Day 1 : Begin the Journey From Delhi and Travel Towards the Himalayan Region

    Start your journey from Delhi and move towards your first overnight place in Uttarakhand. Once you reach your allotted hotel, settle down for a while before starting your Char Dham Yatra.

  • Day 2 : Continue Towards the Yamunotri Base

    Travel deeper into the Himalayan region towards the designated base for Yamunotri. The route gradually changes from the plains to mountain terrain. After arrival, settle into the hotel and prepare for the following day's pilgrimage.

  • Day 3 : Yamunotri Temple Visit and Return to the Base

    Begin the Yamunotri pilgrimage and continue towards the temple through the designated route. Complete darshan and spend some time around the surrounding pilgrimage area before returning to the scheduled overnight destination.

  • Day 4 : Travel Towards Uttarkashi and Prepare for Gangotri

    From Yamunotri, move on to Uttarkashi. Once you reach there, you should check in and take some rest. This day can also be utilized in preparing yourself for Gangotri the next day.

  • Day 5 : Gangotri Darshan and Himalayan Scenery

  • Day 6 : Uttarkashi to Guptkashi for the Kedarnath Section

  • Day 7 : Begin the Kedarnath Pilgrimage
