Day 1 : (Delhi Pickup and the First Leg Towards Haridwar (220 kms / 04 hrs 55 min)
The journey begins at New Delhi airport/railway station/bus station. Then the tourists will have to travel to Haridwar, travelling about 220 kilometres, which takes about 4 hours 55 minutes. This leg of the journey will join pilgrims coming from Kochi on the path to Uttarakhand pilgrimage places.

Day 2 : (Haridwar to Barkot With the Mountains Ahead (179 kms / 07 hrs 55 min)
There is a gradual transition from plain areas to the Himalayan regions as one travels from Haridwar to Barkot. This journey is expected to take almost 179 km and would be completed in seven hours and 55 minutes. Barkot would be the base of the first pilgrimage trip from where the Yamunotri region would commence.

Day 3 : (Yamunotri Temple Visit and Return to Barkot (34 kms drive & 06 kms Trek one side)
The first Dham of the circuit is covered today. Travellers drive approximately 34 km before beginning the 6 km one-way trek towards Yamunotri. After Darshan and time at the sacred site, the route reverses towards Barkot for the scheduled overnight stay. The day combines mountain driving with a substantial walking section.

Day 4 : (Barkot to Uttarkashi Across the Upper Himalayan Roads (80 kms / 03 hrs drive)
The schedule moves out of Barkot to head to Uttarkashi with about 80 km of road journey that takes about three hours. The shortened transfer alters the base of travel without introducing any other major pilgrimage trek. The location of Uttarkashi serves as the starting point of the Gangotri pilgrimage that follows next.

Day 5 : (Gangotri Dham Excursion From Uttarkashi (240 kms / 06 hrs)
The second Dham takes centre stage today. The Gangotri excursion covers approximately 240 km in total and is listed at around six hours of driving. Travellers visit Gangotri Temple and then return to Uttarkashi, avoiding the need to shift accommodation after the excursion.

Day 6 : (Uttarkashi to Guptkashi Before the Kedarnath Darshan (199.6 kms / 06 - 07 hrs drive)
A longer mountain transfer follows as the journey continues towards Guptkashi. The distance is approximately 199.6 km, with the drive taking around six to seven hours. Guptkashi provides the next base for the pilgrimage and places travellers closer to the Kedarnath route.

Day 7 : (Kedarnath Darshan With a Full-Day Trekking Section (60 kms by road & 40 kms trek
The current day revolves around Kedarnath Dham, which is the third Dham to be visited according to the schedule. According to the published route, the total distance covered in this regard is 60 km via road transport and about 40 km via trekking from both sides. The pilgrims visit Kedarnath and return on the same day.

Day 8 : (Guptkashi to Pandukeshwar Through the Garhwal Region (163.2 km / 05 hrs 30 min)
Now that Kedarnath is done, the trip proceeds to Pandukeshwar. It is about 163.2 km in distance and will take approximately five and a half hours. This leg of the trip sets the course for the Badrinath side of the Char Dham circuit.

Day 9 : (Badrinath Darshan and onward journey to Srinagar (21 km + 165 kms / 06 hrs drive)
The fourth Dham is visited today. After the Badrinath Temple Darshan, travellers continue towards Srinagar. The itinerary combines approximately 21 km around the Badrinath sector with a further 165 km drive to Srinagar, taking around six hours overall.

Day 10 : (Srinagar to Haridwar as the Mountain Circuit Winds Down (129.2 Km / 03 hrs 11 min)
The return leg begins with the journey from Srinagar to Haridwar. The listed distance is approximately 129.2 km and the expected driving time is around 3 hours 11 minutes. Reaching Haridwar marks the completion of the main Himalayan circuit before the final Delhi transfer.

Day 11 : (Haridwar to Delhi and Departure (230 kms / 06 - 07 hrs)
This final journey will take you from Haridwar to Delhi, travelling through 230 kilometres of roadways and taking six to seven hours to reach. This will leave you at Delhi airport, train station, or bus depot where one can make arrangements for further travel back to Kochi or other destinations.
